Even if it is exciting. With those type of systems its artificially manufactured excitement, rather than the genuine excitement that comes from real racing, which is why its on a hiding to nothing imo unless a few racing purists take over from the showbiz types who seem to be deciding the formula currently.
Its that dumbing down thing. Its everywhere these days.

It will never be exciting whilst we have gimmicks like DRS, KERS and forced pit stops.

Agreed.
Tyres should also be capable of lasting  race distance. Last season they weren't even capable of lasting between pitstops.

Those cars don't look very pedestrian friendly  :D

Bigger circuits not a problem... most major cities have motorway grade ring roads :y

Can either kers or drs work as was desired with the current tyre rules. Did we ever see the full effect of those over an entire race... As the I over riding hypocracy was the tyre management?

That oppsed everything for me. Can we judge drs and kers with the tyre rules of 2013?

For those that think it's all manufactured nonsense I have the ideal solution;

Every time there's a GP on, go and watch Rush instead ;D

Or just watching some real racing MotoGP, WSB, BSB, Touring Cars where the rules encourage overtaking, whereas from what I can see with F1, loads of forced pit stops as that is the only way the rules allow you to overtake, when out on track its an expensive dull procession, with the commentators trying to talk an exciting race.
