Interesting one, the rule there is to ensure people don't just join to sell, profit from it and leave without getting involved.

As it was free, suspect that would be ok, but do you actually know someone wanting to do that?

As I bet anyone would just send it to the scrappers for at least weigh in value, I'd be highlighly suspicious of a free one
