Oil cooler copper banjo washers.. size?
« on: 05 March 2014, 13:08:07 »

Before I go off and spend £1.02 each on part number 11076852 (here: http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/index.php?topic=90588.0) .. does anyone have one they could measure?

Seeing as they're just (I believe) a solid copper washer, one the right size from a kit like this should work, surely: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/140-Piece-Solid-Copper-Washer-Assorted-Box-Set-Sump-Plug-Banjo-Bolt-Tap-Case-/171254696452?pt=UK_DIY_Material_Nails_Fixing_MJ&hash=item27df934a04

Ahh..

Never mind, I'll get them from Vx and save myself the hassle then :) In fact, they have them in stock (amazingly) so I'll pick 'em up tomorrow morning.

They get crushed during tightening so wont work well with these aluminium ones.

But works well on copper  :y
