Carlton rear subframe bushes.

Has anyone replaced the rear subframe bushes in the past on a vauxhall carlton estate? I have almost got them seated properly but cant get them in the last 10mm. has anyone the correct tool sat in the back of their garage I could buy or hire? Thanks in advance.

usual way is to put the plate on upside down and use the long bolt to pull it in the last litt.e bit take it you have done that??
