local authority managment
« on: 12 June 2008, 12:40:57 »

last yr we had a rubbish cupboard the size of a small garage by the car park which had 2 big silver bins in them. that was demolished and the bins were then put in a parking bay padlocked to 2 posts. this was last may 2007, they finally emptied them yesterday. decided after over a yr to grind the locks off as nobody had the keys. now they are going to biuld a new cupboard for them on the kids play area as another parking bay has been alotted for 2 green bins for recycling. but thats great, the kids can now play in the rd and risk getting run over.
12 flats, now down from 10 to 7 parking bays and 11 cars need spaces

how do these people get these jobs, what qualifications do you need to become a total frigging idiot.  :-? :-?
