Been given a copy of Autocar[7 may 2014]in which there is a piece on Britains best ever top 100 cars.In at 100 is the Range Rover Evoque,while at 1 is the Mini[the real one]the BMW effort is at 19.The Jaguar XJ only makes it in its current form at 36 just one place above the Rover 75.From Vauxhall there is the Astra[98],Chevette HSR[94]Lotus Carlton[86],Prince Henry[39].At 67 is the Bowler EXR[hands up those who've heard of it].A blast from the past[as if the Prince Henry isn't]is the aero engine Napier Railton-wasn't that Sir Henry Seagraves chariot of choice?-at 63.Now don't forget these are the favourite British car of all time,because at 77 there is the Renault Megane RS225,at 49 the Subaru Imprezza WRC,and at 5 the Yamaha Motiv.E[and I thought the new Citroen C1 was ugly!!!!
