Hi guys

Does the PFL/MFL Irmscher front bumper use the standard bumper carrier - i.e. if I remove the standard bumper, leaving the carrier in place, should the Irmscher one just go straight on?

Cheers

I would have thought so :-\ The facelift one certainly does, albeit with a modification to the foam padding :)

To add, the facelift one also has brackets to connect it to the wheel arch liner as it sits a couple of inches lower than standard, but otherwise uses all the same mounting hardware :y

the metal crash bar on the pfl car has to have parts of the crash bar removed to allow the irmscher spot lights to not foul against it. if you pm me your mobile no i will send you some pics to give you an idea of where to cut. also the horn bracket has to be turned around so to not foul the spots also.

Cheers guys - that was what I was hoping cos that's what the bodyshop did to fit it and I thought it looked a bit iffy.

Greatly appreciate the replies.
