& is it any part of the MOT $:-\$ $:-\$ $:-\$

Brothers is FUBAR and he's worrying about MOT time, but I don't think its a fail, as long as the mileage can be read with a torch

or am I wrong???

If the mileage cannot be read it does not matter just goes in unrecorded
