leaking
« on: 07 February 2015, 23:51:49 »

Evening  all. I have been looking around the car trying to find these leaks. After cleaning the back of the engine up near the exhaust ( it's hot ) lol. There is trace of oil running down to the breather tube from the block.
The right  side of the exhaust manifold is oiled up which I think the head gasket has gone.
Also I have a water leak I noticed a wet patch near the front of the car on the right as u look at it . No water in the oil and vise versa.
Going to strip it down in a weeks time so need to find leaks first well water one .
No evidence of water on the engine all seems dry.

Cam cover gasket leaking, and if the water leak is on the same side as exhaust check thermostat housing and hoses.
