pc burning advice

i copied a dvd on to my pc, i now want to burn it onto disc but not sure how to do it, i have 1 folder with opendvd files and 1 folder with video_ts files, any ideas how i make a new playable disc with these files

Best way to burn dvds is to use dvd shrink.  Google it - free and easy to use.  You could try and highlight the folder you've swapped onto the computer in dvd shrink and see if it will burn but you'd be better to start from scratch using the program.  

Most dvds nowadays are over 4.7gb so you can't copy them straight onto a normal dvdr.  You'll know doubt find it's the same with the dvd you're trying to copy.

You could create a dvd disk using nero and just add the dvd files but can't remember if you'll get the sound as well.

As rickyboy said -- shrink is the best option -- it also give you the option to remove menus and trailers to, iirc

Been quite a while since I played with such things  ::)
