2001 mk5 fiesta
« on: 20 February 2015, 22:08:42 »

My 2001 1.7 mk5 fiesta seems to be running a bit rich. Only just scraped the emmisions on the mot last month. It runs well with no starting or running issues. Just a slight wiff of petrol from the exhaust. Where should I start guys trying to sort it?

Had this problem, ended up changing lamda and cat. Cost about £85.00, got all parts from ecp.
Changed plugs, and filters first, and tried the Italian tune up first.
