Doughnuts and springs!
« on: 20 June 2015, 11:11:03 »

Out today to change my rear springs and while I'm there, the doughnut bushes, too.

As per MarksDTMs howto, you're dropping the subframe a bit, and the springs can be pooped out (springs compressor method has been advised, not sure if this is good or bad route?)

Secondly, cannot find that decent description for hwo to do the rear doughnut bushes. Seem to thing you drop the subframe, inc the bush, then jam a large socket in there and use the weigt of the car to press the old one out, something along those lines?

Cheers, if anyone can direct me to the appropriate links, rear springs and rear doughnuts, please do :-) ta!
