Why is it that in springtime, when you lose an hour's sleep, you take at least a week to recover but in the autumn, like now, when you gain an hour's sleep the benefits seem to dissipate in a day?!!!

All i know is that folk will be driving around with fog lights on more in the mornings when they are not needed

People drive around with fog lights on after the slightest bit of mist regardless of clocks going back or forwards, even if the visibilty is over 300 metres
