Why is it that in springtime, when you lose an hour's sleep, you take at least a week to recover but in the autumn, like now, when you gain an hour's sleep the benefits seem to dissipate in a day?!!!

All i know is that folk will be driving around with fog lights on more in the mornings when they are not needed  ::)

People drive around with fog lights on after the slightest bit of mist regardless of clocks going back or forwards, even if the visibilty is over 300 metres  ::)
