Monitor -is this a good buy?

I'm thinking of upgrading my monitor does this seen like a good price
it has a DVI connector and only 5msec response time?

for dvi, seems cheap enough. not a make i've heard of, though most panels are made by same companies...

Looks alright but If it was me buying I'd get the extra cover just in case anything goes wrong.

As others have said its not really a name seen before.

Just my tuppence worth :y
