On the Elite 3.2, replaced the compressor, condenser and HP & LP valves late 2014, and had it re-gassed. Now not blowing cold again, but no sign of the dreaded green leak anywhere. I'm hoping its not the valve hidden inside the pax area. Any suggestions otherwise?

It's possible the valve in side the cabin (expansion valve) is stuck closed. Also possible that it has lost some refrigerant and the pressure is too low.

Does the clutch on the front of the compressor engage when you take it out of ECO mode?

I assume that the clutch is fixed to the triangular plate which is attached by 3 leaf springs on the front. Nothing happens to this plate in or out of ECO mode. :-\

Triangular plate not spinning when not in ECO?  Low gas pressure then...

If the leak is high in the system, where the PAG oil doesn't tend to pool, there may be no visible sign at all.

You probably need the assistance of an air con specialist at this point. Get them to vac down the system  and pressure test it, to see if there are obvious signs of a leak. If not, get them to add some dye that they'll then hopefully be able to trace if it leaks again.

Thanks Kevin, I was thinking along exactly those lines. A bit of a puzzle, having changed the major culprits within the last 18 months. :y
