Hey guys

I have done everything there is to do regarding cleaning the TB, breathers, changed gaskets cleaned iacv and fitted a flame trap


It will idle a about 750rpm then when you engage D it will drop to 500 or so then when you go back to N or P it will stay at 500 then stall if you have the wheel fully locked while reversing

Also if the ac is on the revs drop
I'm at a loss here


Ps the throttle stop has been altered by P/O but the marks are still visible and can be rectified

Well, you've done a lot... it's weird 
Have you checked the mass air flow sensor?

Throttle stop is the key, it gets messed with to overcome issues with the ICV.

So the answer is to remove and fully clean the throttle body, breathers and ICV (guides available on here) then set the throttle stop so the butterfly is shut fully when closed (but not so much as it sticks).

The ICV can then control idle, I suspect its jammed shut and hence cannot adapt to changing idle loadings with the throttle stop being would in a bit to hide/overcome the fault.

I've done everything. I even unplugged the icv and the car wouldn't start without the pedal being pressed so that rules out the valve being faulty.

I have however advanced the Tstop by about 45° and now it doesn't stall fully locked on tick over
