Their new President Rodrigo Deturte was elected last month on a platform of crime prevention, specifically drug dealers, who he said would be 'eliminated'  ::)  Since 'Deturte Harry's' election over 300 suspected drug dealers have been killed either by the Police or vigilantes!  :o
