Anyone else do this?

Deleting spam messages off my mobile that i only use for emergencies. That was yesterdays gripe .

Today is more serious. Got an emailnotification to confirm our recurring 30£ subscription to something on our Apple itunes account. Not us. Spent most of the morning on it. Apple said they would ring us at3 CET . Phone didnt ring but two missed calls. Try ringing number back ...not assigned to a client.

So today we have spent about £60 manhours trying and failing to resolve stuff. Marvellous. .

Frustrating time wasting is one of the ways that you know it is technology.


There are many others, but the worst for me are devices where even simple functions are accessed by complicated sequences of just three buttons. It's like trying to play jazz with your toes, on a saxophone shoved up your arse.
