sill removed
« on: 01 September 2016, 08:58:33 »

Does anybody have some pictures of a omega sill section, with outer sill removed?
I would like to see what is behind the outer sill (how the inner sill is shaped, and if there are some reinforcements).

Also, is the outer sill welded to the inner sill (or any other reinforcement that is placed inside the sill) anywhere except on the bottom edge (the edge where the floor pan, inner sill and outter sill are welded together from the A-pillar to the back of the rear floor pan).

Yes, I can wait.

Will you be replacing it yourself? If so, can you please take several photos, showing how it's done.
