yep, you may as well throw away the rest of the dealership as far as i am conserned, only door i ever go in is to the parts dept. Mind you, you probably would not feel the same asking for certain other items, like wishbones for example. £200 plus a side :o

There is plenty of profit in oil and service parts, look at the difference between retail and trade in the trade club book. At a local motor factor they want £24.99 for 4lts of Magnatec, at the local Makro it is £14.99 +vat. Always ask, they are usually keen to get some cash in to help cashflow.

Worth getting the TC card - would have saved you the £20 it costs for the card on that one visit ;)

Agree wth TheBoy.

The saving alone on a V6 water pump nearly pays for the card.

mrs Bitz read me a post from a forum she uses yesterday informing me that it is possible to get cards for vx and hellfrauds which give you discounts. I then had the usual comments about wasting money etc; I should know about these things blah, blah.
When I reminded her that I told her about this about a month ago, and that she had moaned about another 20 quid being wasted on bloody cars, she had a sudden attack of amnesia.
Do we have a smiley with steam coming out of its ears. >:(... ;D ;D

Fill out the form on ABS site, post off your £20 cheque, and in a few days, a little package will arrive ;)
