I suspect this is not the first time they have done this to me, but its the first time I've bothered to check.
Won't they set up an account for you?
Mine did so now everything gets billed at TC automatically when they book it to my account (cos they know I'll check and be back to bo**ock em if it's not).

You're all wrong.  I haven't dared look in the Newbie section today, I don't think I'm in the right frame of mind to bang my head against that particular wall at the moment.

So no, you're all miles off course.

I never use them normally, tend to use Bridge at Banbury, who have a very good parts dept.

But I had a 10% off TC prices voucher for Crownhill in MK.

When you get the bumper, I'll give you a form with the local dealer's retailer code on it. Then you can have a genuine card all to yourself.  ;)

On what grounds? Get them to call the number that was provided with pack (if lost, get in touch with the membership sec at ABS, Alf, very helpful :y).

Bridge, imho, have the advantage of being an independent, so looking after customers is more important.

They know Mrs TheBoy well, as soon as she walks in, they know her, get all the bits required, and take it out to car for her :y

Also, they let me order parts over phone, unlike Crownhills who say I have to go in and pay for it before ordering.
