Tyres
« on: 12 September 2008, 20:12:09 »

Hello peeps  :y just a quick one. At the moment I have 225/55/16 on my 16" rims, would 225/50/16 make much difference ?

The reason I ask is because..... I'm going to need x4 new over the next few weeks, and I have the chance of x4 new Michelin Pilot primacy tyres for £100, so is there much difference between the aspect ratio/profile of 55 and 50 ?

Cheers  :y

One is 112.5 mm s and the other 123.75 mm in thickness..

much better to see them side by side near the miggy..

and thicker one will be comfortable in bad roads but in curves will be slower a bit..
