Diesel filter wiring 2.5TD

Hi folks,
I have blown a heater hose, next to the valve. The issue has been caused by a pair of electrical connectors that have been for months disconnected and vibrating on top of the hose.
Hose problem solved, but one of the connectors will not reach the filter.
Is not the filter wiring? Is it, but loon is wrongly routed?
