You can always buy a can of air blaster, that works ok if you dont want to strip too much out your pc to get rid of dust ! if it is possibly overheating, you basically only  a few parts to a pc..and it usually trial & error to find the faulty part...
1/cpu & cooler it may need reseating also, if you do reseat it only spread avery very thin layer of paste on , too much is nfg!...
2/psu ....
3/ hard drives ...
4/ stick of memory they do fail (not that often) could borrow some from someone to see if thats the cuprit they do cause all sorts of probs if faulty
5/ gr card which yours is onboard so not much you can do with that other than turn it off & try a gr-card in the slot ..
Dont know if you anything else connected but they could be removed if you have  for now..
