nightmare on handover day
« on: 07 October 2008, 14:44:36 »

had to do  22 straight hrs :(

one of the electricians stepped back off a step ladder and lost his footings, caught the corner of a pallet, you could here his ankle crack as he fell. ive never seen someones foot swell so quick,

and another bloke put at 50mm plas gun nail through his finger
the bottom of my foot is so hard i can barely walk

after about 14 hrs you start getting tired and forgetting things, like setting your alarm to go back into work 4 hrs later  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Yes, and after a whole day under an Omega you can forget to torque the wheel nuts up andn have to do it in a lay-by up the road.. allegedly. :-[

Seriously, mate, it's not worth working yourself into a state where you're going to do yourself an injury. Take care. :-/
