if you have the 8gb n95 dont upgrade. I did and it went back after a day.
The processor is slower, and it is noticable. The dvb tuner is useless in the uk, as it isnt broadcasted, and the battery life isn't as good as the 8gb. Although its shinier, its too hard to see in sun, and it gets ruined by finger prints in minutes, and the camera is slightly lesser (apperature or focal length cant remember which) i honestly didnt feel there was enough, coupled with the lag caused by the processor, to warrant an upgrade. Wait till spring and see what the touch screen nokias are like, or, man up and get an e90 ;)

had one of these myself last year, bought brand new sim free after my local branch of o2 wrongly made me an offer i couldn't refuse, and if it had had the 5.0mp camera of my n95 8gb instead of its 3.2 i'd have kept it!

I know that doesnt sound like much of a difference but it really really is in comparison!

N95 is a mobile phone from nokia, it is considered to be the best (not by Jamie)  most feature packed model on the market. Camera, video, basic wireless/network internet access, alarm clock ,tom tom sat nav, games and more besides. Most of these features have been usually a bit of a compromise, but the 95 is probably the first one to make a viable stab at all of them. You no longer need a digital camera, camcorder, laptop, sat nav, for basic functions. It will never replace hard core use these gadgets, but basically it has the basic features of all of the above in your pocket.

The 96 is the newer model and has the mobile version of digital terrestrial tv added to the feature set. But this is not yet available in this country and some other features and memory seem to have been lost to make room for it.
For there reasons, and the comments above, i will not upgrade my phone to this model.

Both models have a tv out, so whats ever is on the screen can displayed on a tv with an input. This is why i enquired in ice section if the colour display on my car could display this input, with a view to showing tomtom, tv, or films for passengers on the screen.
So there you go...
Thanks for advice everyone.
