Big thanks to Kevin Wood
« on: 16 November 2008, 18:43:31 »

Thanks once again Kev... It was a shame we couldn't get the Tech2 to speak to the engine ECU but I'll have a poke about at another time!!

The LPG mapping is fine again now and there were no issues coming back :y :y :y

The gearbox update makes a huge difference though! :y :y :y :y

Thanks to Mrs KW once again for the lunch offer but I really did have to get away and stop SWMBO spending any more in the shops ::) ::) :y :y

No problem. :y

I think all those systems are on pin 7 on the diag connector although I wasn't able to find a diagram for a pre-DBW engine so don't know if they share it with engine ECU.

Well, there's nothing on pin 7 that we could talk to as far as I can see. Engine seems to be on pin 12 though, although it's not that clear, and climate shares that pin. We certainly talked to that.

Check OPELDATA.EN on your cheapo tech2, that will confirm pin number, but I'm certain its 7.
