« on: 12 January 2009, 20:31:42 »

As some of you may be aware my brother in law killed his engine and it fell on me to do repairs,
well i fitted the donor engine today  which came from a guy on feebay ,,, please bear in mind i had not heard the engine run and apparently it had been sat in their yard for approx two months,
i connected the battery turned the key and it fired and run first turn and is a sweet little engine (result) even more of a result is there was no eml and the temp gauge now works :y

Did you (or do you plan to) do cambelt kit, oil change, and plug change? Most important things you can do, alongside breather clean :)
