We went and had a look at the new Insignia at our local Vauxhall dealer on Sunday...............Nice car.............looks like a 6 seies BMW from the back...........................and a 3 and 5 series BMW from the side.

Very nicely screwed together in my opinion...........better than a Omega in this respect I think.

Big tyres even the 1.8 had 245/45 boots on it.

Prices ......about £18000...........for the 1.8 ............£21500..........for the 2.0 turbo...................give it a year or eighteen months.....and I think we will be looking at about half that.

sign of chassis defiencies?  Possibly not, just trying to make initial models more appealling, before the budget models come along soon.

come up a fair whack then  

last year when I looked on the VX site, they had the whole 'Design and Build' - you could build one up from £15k...

that side view on the VX website doesn't do it any favours - looks like two different cars cut and shut  

maybe i'd be tempted with one of the 4x4 ones in a few years - dont try and look like a cross between a lexus and a beemer - you end up looking stupid - obviously the marketing guys are playing the percentages - but is that the best they can come up with?

just seen the advert for it on tv, it talks about recognising road signs and shows the speed limit sign on the pixel dash, and adaptive 4by4 able to avoid accidents. Wooo

Nanny state encapsulated in a car IMO. Surely if you can drive, you can read the speed limit signs, then CHOOSE to break the speed limit - as I usually do.
