Have tried torrents a few times but all the stuff I'm interested in downloads via boring old http in a tenth of the times of the torrents. There is probably somethig I can do to make them faster but I can't see any point

Years ago I tried Kazaa and then Kazaa Lite, I am assuming thats the same type of thing.

Got a load of nice burnout vids clips off it and then a load of shite in the way of trojans etc,,,,, hence never again.

i get on average  1.5 mb a sec on this site, with no viruses ( maybe lucky) so its a lot faster than most  :y

yes that shite is everywere ! dont take no notice of that bo--ocks,

but if your not sure lizzy stay away , theirs no malace in the post but the people that use torrents for downloading software films music ect will be aware of how to use the site ( and i aint infering you dont) :y

No, don't worry, you are right! :y :y   Most of this type of site I do not know how to use, and I am terrified of picking up a virus or 10!! :o :o :o

Your advice to stay away Dispondent is very sound indeed I believe as I can ill afford to have my PC contaminated by some joker who thinks that is funny! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr >:( >:( >:(

I use Bittorrent all the time, never ever had any probs with viruses. always scan b4 opening though. you can find some great stuff/music.  :y
