Apparently vx dont do +50 bulbs anymore

After a headlight bulb went 2 days ago.....i called into vx dealer tonight and ask for two vx+50s for my omega.

Parts guy said dont think we do them anymore....i asked are you sure.....parts guy said i'll double check

He called up the parts screen, found the +50 bulbs, memorised the part number (it amazes me how he does that!!)

Opened up the stock window and typed in the number......he showed it showed no stock of the bulbs in the dealer where i was and no stock in the vx dealer across town......he then pointed out that the description had been deleted which meant that he couldnt order any.....so is that correct vx dont do vx+50 headlamp bulbs anymore..... :-/

He suggested i went to Halfrauds to get some  ;D

Halfrauds usually have them on BOGOF too ...

BOGOF is correct but still more expensive than VX  :( Spose i'll have to fork out Halfrauds for em  :(

Ahhh on Bogof you carnt use the Halfords Trade card  :(

I asked the price if u didnt use bogof and use the TC instead.....So £20 a bulb each.....£12.50 on TC or tenner each if you buy 2 of em...on bogof

You sure? mini facelift uses H1 for dip and H7 for main

As does facelift  :y Unless you got HID's tho.

Non projector headlamps may use H7 for dipped beam tho not sure  :-/

My mistake - the H7's were for a Meriva dipped beam  :-[
