i have recently seen my forth kenwood frothie maker go t1ts up and stop working. its the same thing everytime the heat stir does not start up. i reckon its the stat thats going faulty everytime but its just not good enough!!
so some poor phone op is gonna get a grilling if i dont get any satisfaction from kenwood- even a discount voucher would be suitable but companies are not bothered about selling crap nowadays.. ill keep you posted...........

as you would have guessed they were not interested - so avoiding currys, aria online, toshiba and now kenwood, there wont be too many left before soon......... crap aftersales service now seems to be the norm.
are you avoiding whiskey jcb after your last try??
