Local MPs well it is interesting, two Conservative are being pushed out for expenses claims and both are lower than a Labour one, and he isn't being pushed - and the idiot voted against the Gurkhas >:(

Looks like 5 out of 6 Worcestershire MPs will change, so far 1 retiring (expenses even though not high), 1 pushed out (expenses), another being pushed out, two who will lose seats by being Labour.

I think the full import of this present trouble over expenses has yet to be realised and am further inclined to think that the longer it's left before our Dear Leader ::) ::) takes us to the polls the worse things will get :y

I was trying to be generous AA - sake of the country and all that - but on reflection, I may have made a grave error of judgement:y

While on the subject, according to the latest media reports, this deal may have ramifications beyond those originally anticipated.

It seems that Vladimir Putin might very well have been the force behind this proposed  deal, as the Russian savings bank mentioned in some reports has the controlling interest in Magna, and itself is said to have some potential financial problems. :D ;)

Should this be the case, it's yet another example of how our officials approach things in a half-assed way and jump at the first chance to sort a problem, without first engaging whatever lies between their ears ;) ;)

Local workers may not be well representated in this matter ;) ;)
