Does'nt really mean it'll change anything ...other than maybe the next lot in after the re-shuffle will claim their expenses properly ........(by cheating the taxman again)

I spotted top Councillor in the Borough today, and had a quick chat with him, following on from our discussion he said ''well I have'nt seen it yet nor approved it''...hung council between tories and lib dems both of whom have members in the top spots.
