Made a Thai Curry the other night
« on: 30 June 2009, 19:15:30 »

I have been pestering Countess Dundee for I don't know how long to give me the reciepe to this curry, but as we know he aint got a clue ;D
So whilst down there I decided, happily to ask his Lovely Wife. Mrs Countess explained in detail exactly how to make the curry, also gave me a load of ingredients to make it with (which I did give her a kiss for, plus each time I see her again I will do the same as I'm forever in her debt  :-* :D :y).

Anyway I decided the other day to make this Thai Curry. It was Gorgeous, but my God was it hot, my tongue & lips were both numb, I drank 3 pints to try and cool my mouth down  ;D
So I reckon I need more tution to make the next one a success....  :y

About a year ago (I think). around the time of either "The Lakes" or "Newent" meets .. Mike published on the forum some recipes for curries ... I've still got the printouts .. but can't find his post ... if you can it would be well worth it.. :) Excellent instructions .. and fantastic results  :y :y :y
