Urban Exploration.
« on: 12 July 2009, 01:34:41 »

I tripped over this site tonight and found it both incredibly interesting but desperatley sad.
I counted many many sites that I visited and or worked in as a Industrial Process Control Engineer that I was unaware had closed .To see the derelict sites compared to my memories of a vibrant productive enviorment is ,quite frankly , heartbreaking. :'(

My sincere apologies , after spending nigh on two hours on this site I just realised I came across it earlier on this site (OOF).....Doh..... :-[

One of the disadvantages of the ageing process 5776 is when we discover just how things have changed from those we experienced in our salad days.

It promotes a degree of melancholy, without doubt.
