The "other forum" is not in competition with OOF.

We mainly use a private section to talk about.....well, rubbish really.

It was only opened to all after everyone slagged it off saying they couldn't join.

If it is really cr*p, just leave it alone.

for breaks ake people. are we adults or sodding children. yes there is another omega forum, so what. if you dont like it then dont visit it. no need to slag it off. was oof as good/busy/popular in it's first few months. i dare say it has taken years to make this forum as good as it is today. give them a chance. they aint trying to compete against oof. was set up by a few members that didnt get on with other people here. fair play to them.

Owners of any forum are able to do as they please...  ...lets leave it at that.

I have (had?) an account there just to check over the copyright issues that were going on at the time.


I don't think anything good can come of this thread, only stir up some bad feelings that don't really need to be stirred up.  Locking thread, and sorry I didn't notice thread earlier.
