« on: 22 October 2009, 14:55:04 »

Home again and boy am i glad to be....it was like a bloody furnace on that ward we could not have the windows open or any fans on the ward as the 2 oap`s would moan bout the draft and start complaining in the end last night i pulled my curtain round and hid in the day room with the lights off and slept on the sofa till sister copped me and told me off ::) after that she put a fan up our part of the ward just to move the air about which made a bit of a difference and today i just asked if i could go home and here i am back on the settee with a cuppa...lovely :y

thats the problem with hopitals, your 8 floors up and you cant get some decent air in your lungs. you end up suffocating from the intense dry heat in there.

You try cultivating e-coli, C. difficile, MRSA and the rest at "normal" room temperature!  ;)

Someone ought to shop them to the climate change stasi.
