Ideally a 4 or 2 post lift would be great, however, I operate from home. The pictures of my vehicles for sale show a fairly large gravelled area, that's all I've got

No inside work space for vehicles, and being gravel it's not the best surface. If I had premises I would definitely consider a proper lift.
The car selling thing is not what I had initally planned for, I was only going to be selling Omega's I bought, maybe 2 a month. I do have trade insurance and trade plates, and do it all properly. But things changed, my mother and father got divorced, so our house was then up for sale. I said to my mother; take out an additional mortgage give it to me I'll buy and sell cars so we can pay him off and not lose the house. That's why I've got a £20,000 RR

No way I could afford it myself, all Omega's I sell are my own, but everything else normally is on behalf of the household so that's why I work from home. It's going better than I had anticipated, but there's no way I could get premises. So I sort of have a mismatched way of doing things, a fair bit of capital but no premises. I know the value of certain vehicles inside out, but working on them is a different matter. That's all done on my behalf by other people...but thanks to people like Tunnie and James I'm able to understand how things work and get them done at a very good price.
