Interesting offer on at my local Vx dealer...

Did a spot of shopping at my local dealer this morning, need to re-stock on oil, few bits for someones new 3.2  ::) - Also decided to get some brake pads, to go with the new discs i have waiting to go on the 2.2 as mine are donald ducked.

New bod working there, brought out the box of stuff....



I thought he left his lunch in there, but nope, apparently when you buy Pads, you get a packet of Ginger Nuts and a mini bottle of screen wash!  ;D

Tempting to try the ginger crunch in the calipers and see if it stops any better? ;D

They're obviously for the stout shouty bloke to enjoy with a cuppa whilst "verbally encouraging" you to fit his parts.

Do the 3.2's have 2 fuel filters or is that to stop his drinking too much.

Ah, yes, Tunnie, I forgot to mention that I had a flyer through saying that if you order certain bits you get a pack of biccies and some screenwash.

Implied filters were 10% off as well, though not sure if that covered all filters or just air/oil...

Biccies and screen wash mentioned on tc web site. Thought it rather silly, who dunks biscuits in screen wash?
