mmm Erzurum ....  memories of that place ... very hot, lots of flies, lousy tent, field kitchen serving very bad food...  so we found a local place that did a wonderful curry, many of those that stayed on camp got badly ill .. we ate "out of bounds" and stayed well ... so well we got tasked for extended crew days flying the sick to Adana and Cyprus.. :(

Some days 'twas the closest I ever got to the Russian border .. when we were not on "speaking terms" ... some very interesting flying ... :)

Glad to hear Cem is OK mind ... storms out that way get pretty impressive !!

but I think neighbours not that happy with the compressor noise
Mental note to switch mine off before I go to bed. I heard it fire up in the garage at 3:00 this morning. :-[

I forget every single time, without fail. And have been out to the garage at 3am to turn the blasted thing off... But it's ok to leave it on now I've fixed the leek, doesn't leek down and fire up every hour now.  ;D ::)
