Got a bad back...
« on: 07 August 2010, 11:58:29 »

Finally got in touch with an old friend who is an osteopath and had an initial consultation and workover this morning.

Verdict?

1. Appalling posture
2. Neck is a disaster area
3. Lower back: plain grim

 :'(
Looking at an expensive course of treatment, though I'd pay anything to feel fully mobile again. :y

Apparently much of it is down to crouching over a keyboard. No surprise there, then.  ::) ::)

Thanks, Opti, but I'm feeling better already, so I'll stick with the osteo for now. :y
