Exactly! Didnt anyone see the news reports during the floods (last year I think) where the police had torequisition a tractor because even their landrovers couldnt help those members of the public stranded? Similarly, could see a tractor coming in handy in bad snow conditions.

Quite agree, particularly in high rural area's, could 'borrow' them from the manufacturer anyway so no need for high cost..........
