I once had accupuncture for a back muscule problem which meant I could hardly walk and being in the heath business I was, needless to say, very sceptical.  However it worked a treat and right from the first intervention I noticed a massive improvement, 3 sessions later and I was running again.

Get yourself a TENS Machine, Llloyds Pharmacy stock them. Works wonders particularly with relief of muscle spasms.
