mates are in france snowboarding, 1 of them took off a bit too much and didnt land very well.

i told them there too old to play this stuff, there 40 now not kids. just told me hes ok and will be back on the snow tomorrow  ;D ;D

I snowboard.... actually booze does help! But, not too much. Its about being smooth with your turns, pint or two does soften you up and you absorb the rough sections better.

I've had a few bad crashes where I had to sit for 10 mins to recover, but its all good fun!

Snowboarding has less injures than Skiing generally cause your locked into the one board, less broken legs and such.

The views, air, its all quite stunning, me in the Alps last year:

With snowboarding I have the opposite problem, big feet = wider than normal board, but I'm tall and don't weigh that much. So its harder to turn, my problem is i don't tend to get low enough or bend knees enough to get low and really put some power in the turns.

Booze + impact shorts help, as crashing does not hurt!  ;D
