hows the new year diet going?

no mad diet plans. just a slight change what i eat and drink.

avoid on the go fast food, beers thru the week and fried food at home.

trousers seem to fit a bit better so id thought id go for a weigh.

trouble is sum bu66ers nicked the batteries out the scales..

My Special K diet is going very well, and I have cut down nicely! :y :y

Another 6 months and I should be happy with the result! ::) ::) :P

I was doing alright until this weekend .. went round to a friends house to work on cars on Saturday; a) his wife cooks amazing food for lunch & dinner for us all and b) we drank a fridge full of beer.

Oops.

Oh well, if I can maintain 1Kg a week I'll be done in 75 weeks.. so probably more like 100 weeks to go.

I haven't been dieting, but I haven't been eating in the evening other than dinner, and I stopped picking at little bits, the result is that 4 stone has come off in two years and I'm happy now I think  :y

Same here Tunnie  ::) ::) just can not seem to put any weight on, difference being you are only young, I am getting older and should have the more rounded figure of my similar aged fellow oofers..... :D :D

Oh I don't know - it sounds like the episode I had on return from the US once; a few days of D&V.. highly effective, if a little unpleasant!

A week of 1000cal/day deficit doesn't seem to be doing a lot, so I'm going to start looking at drastic measures, soon!
