25 houses on Basildons  Craylands estate that were compulsory purchased by the council for demolition some  2 years ago ,are now being  rapidly refurbished  complete with new kitchens & bathrooms 

Wonder who might be moving in there then ?

They were offered them Al, but they turned them down.They asked for £6 million  from the council for the land they are currently on.
I read today that apparently one of them owns a large share in a luxury housing estate currently being built in the west of Ireland though.
