I have sent emails out to those of who I still need info off of if I can get replies as soon as please so I can confirm the booking, work out the cost and then start taking dosh.  As I am sponsoring you, the food and accom is all going on my mess bill so prepayment will be required to avoid me taking a hit with a £300+ mess bill. I have now confirmed the room prices and discussed curry with the staff.  The cost was too high due to the labour (overtime, etc) so I am thinking of 2 option which I will put in a new thread once I have a price from a local curry house, please indicate your preference on there and not on here.

Below is an updated confirmed list, some are still to give me confirmations of accomodation or even full names of themselves and their guests (Captain Zok  )
