Am well pissed off now.

Just done a nice deal on Vx Insignia for the new year.

Then found out I cant hire it coz I dont have any photo ID.   FFS

How can you not have any photo ID? No driving licence?

or quite possibly still has a paper license like me....still manage to hire a car though

Ahh I thought they'd forced everyone to get photocard licences by now.. but no, only if you get caught doing something naughty and have to send your licence off (or move house, etc etc)..

I never could really figure out why we don't have ID cards (I realise there was a big fuss about that, but I guess having been in a military family, I see it differently)

Anyhoo, back to Renaults
