Hi there, welcome to the forum :y
Regarding the car, I would say that yes, the milage is exceptionally low, but low mileage doesn't always = trouble free :-/ It is an 8 year old car after all and with such little use may prove less reliable than a similar example with avarage miles, so with that in mind I personally wouldn't be spending that sort of money on an omega...any omega! That said it is a rare find! And probably the closest you will get to buying a new Omega today. :) Just don't sell anytime soon! ;)
